Digital Schools Award

Digital Schools Awards is a national awards scheme to promote, recognise and encourage a whole school approach to the use of digital technology in schools.

The Digital Schools Award Scotland is a 3-step programme to help schools assess progress and recognise excellence in the use of digital technology at nursery, primary, special education and secondary level while providing practical support and encouragement.  Secondary schools may also apply for special recognition for the inclusion of computational thinking in the planning and delivery of digital technology in the school.

We also utilise Seesaw in every classroom. Learners are taught to upload work they are proud of independently and complete lessons led through Seesaw.

At Longhaugh pupils are given the chance to learn effectively through digital technologies such as with Minecraft and 3D Modelling
