Parent Council

The Parent Council is a group of parents selected by all parents in the school to represent their views. Parent Councils have an important role to play in school improvement by ensuring that the parental perspective is represented and taken into account.

Our Parent Council meets once a term to discuss ways in which they can help the school.

They support the school in a number of ways - organising events, supporting on school trips and raising points on behalf of the wider school parent forum with the school leadership team.

Donna Cleneghan is the Chair of the Parent council and you can arrange with the school office to speak with her.

Longaugh Parent Council are always keen to have more parents join them, if you would like to come along to a meeting or find out more, you can contact Shona our School and Family Development Worker, who can give you dates or arrange a meeting with Donna.  You can contact Shona on 07903 024485
